Cancellation, changes and refunds
The same rules apply to every booking, with no exceptions and no hidden fees.
Cancellation
- More than 24 hours before pick-up: cancel free of charge and receive a 100% refund to the card you paid with.
- Within 24 hours of pick-up: the booking is non-refundable.
- Refunds are issued immediately on cancellation and usually appear on your statement within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
Changes
- Up to 24 hours before pick-up you can change the pick-up date and time, the flight number, your phone number and the notes for the driver.
- Pick-up and drop-off addresses cannot be changed, because they determine the price. Cancel and rebook instead.
- Within 24 hours of pick-up no changes are possible.
Waiting time and no-shows
- Airport pick-ups: 60 minutes of free waiting time after your flight lands.
- All other pick-ups: 15 minutes of free waiting time from the booked time.
- If you do not appear within the free waiting time and cannot be reached, the booking is treated as a no-show and no refund is due.
- If your flight is cancelled or diverted, email us as soon as you can and we will do our best to help.
If we cannot perform your transfer
In the rare event that no vehicle can be provided, you receive a full refund regardless of the timing, and we will tell you as early as possible.
