1. Who we are

Transfer-Performance.com operates this booking platform and decides how your personal data is used. You can reach us at bookings@transfer-performance.com.

2. What we collect

• Booking data: title, first and last name, email address, phone number, pick-up and drop-off addresses and any access notes, date and time of travel, return details, flight number, number of passengers, luggage, child seats and notes for the driver.
• Payment data: the amount, currency, payment status and a payment reference. We never see or store your full card number — card details go directly to our payment provider.
• Account data, if you create an account: your name, email address, phone number and your booking history.
• Technical data: language and currency preferences and an in-progress booking stored in your browser, plus server logs needed to run and secure the site.
• Messages you send us by email.

3. Why we use it and on what basis

• To arrange and perform your transfer, confirm it and keep you informed — necessary to perform our contract with you.
• To take payment, issue receipts and process refunds — necessary to perform our contract and to comply with accounting law.
• To provide customer support and handle complaints — our legitimate interest in running the service properly.
• To prevent fraud and keep the platform secure — our legitimate interest in protecting travellers and drivers.
• To send you occasional news and offers, only if you signed up for them — your consent, which you can withdraw at any time using the unsubscribe link in every such email.

4. Who we share it with

• The transfer company or driver assigned to your ride. Before they accept the job, they see only the pick-up and drop-off addresses, the date and time, the number of passengers and any child seats. Your name, phone number, flight number and notes are released only once they accept.
• Our payment provider, which processes your card payment and any refund under its own privacy policy.
• Our email provider, which delivers your confirmations and receipts.
• Our hosting and database provider, which stores the booking so you can look it up later.
• Authorities or advisers where we are legally required to disclose information, or to establish or defend legal claims.

We never sell your personal data.

5. International transfers

Some of our providers operate outside the country you are in. Where data leaves the European Economic Area, it is protected by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or an equivalent safeguard.

6. How long we keep it

• Booking and payment records: up to ten years, as required by tax and accounting rules.
• Account data: for as long as your account exists, then deleted.
• Support emails: up to three years after the matter is closed.
• Newsletter sign-ups: until you unsubscribe.

7. Cookies and local storage

We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. The site stores your chosen language and currency and your in-progress booking in your browser so the booking flow works, and a session cookie keeps you signed in if you create an account. Clearing your browser data removes all of it.

8. Your rights

• Ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Ask us to correct anything that is wrong.
• Ask us to delete data we no longer need to keep.
• Object to or restrict certain uses, and withdraw consent at any time.
• Ask for your data in a portable format.
• Complain to your national data protection authority.

To exercise any of these, email bookings@transfer-performance.com. We respond within one month.

9. Security

All traffic to this site is encrypted. Access to booking data is restricted to the people who need it, card data never reaches our systems, and drivers receive passenger details only for the ride they have accepted.

10. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page, and tell you by email where the change materially affects you.
