- Free cancellation up to 24 hours before pick-up. Cancel more than 24 hours before your pick-up time and you get a 100% refund, back to the card or wallet you paid with.
- Free changes up to 24 hours before pick-up. Change your pick-up time, flight number, contact details or driver instructions free of charge, up to 24 hours before pick-up.
- Inside 24 hours: no changes, no refund. Within 24 hours of pick-up the booking is final. Cancellations, no-shows and missed pick-ups are non-refundable.
